Support tickets
Patients can raise a ticket for any doctor they have consulted; clinics can raise internal tickets for their own staff. Every reply lands back here and in your panel on the main site.
Messages
Secure chat between patients and their own doctors, and between colleagues in a practice. Not for emergencies — call your clinic directly if it is urgent.
Appointments
Booking, rescheduling, prescriptions and visit history all live on the main site. Go to doctors.appointment.in.
Common questions
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page, or sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile or email. All three work for every account.
Sign in at doctors.appointment.in, open My Appointments, and use Cancel or Reschedule on the visit. The clinic is notified automatically.
On doctors.appointment.in under Doctor Visit History — every finalised prescription from every doctor you have consulted, downloadable as PDF.
Open Doctor Visit History and use the "Message a doctor" button — chat is available for doctors you have actually consulted.
Add staff from your practice panel on the main site. They sign in with their own account and see tickets and messages for your practice only.
